1. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clearance products, sale items, gift cards, and personalized items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Approval and Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please do not send back any items without approval, as they may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
